Van 6026 là van pít tông 2/2 chiều tác động trực tiếp, được phân tách bằng phương tiện. Sự cách ly nhiệt và kín của cuộn dây và thân bằng ống thổi bằng thép không gỉ cho phép cả nhiệt độ trung bình cực cao cũng như môi trường khắc nghiệt. Thiết kế này tránh sự tích tụ của sự ngưng tụ giữa phần chất lỏng và cuộn dây hoặc làm nóng hoặc đóng băng cuộn dây không thể chấp nhận được. Các cuộn dây được đúc bằng epoxy kháng hóa chất. Do đó, van đặc biệt thích hợp cho các ứng dụng có môi trường quan trọng. Việc sử dụng vật liệu thân và phớt có độ bền cao như thép không gỉ và PTFE làm cho van phù hợp với các ứng dụng hóa học quan trọng. Để giảm mức tiêu thụ điện năng khi vận hành, cuộn dây có cụm thiết bị điện tử "Kick and Drop" (KD) (công nghệ cuộn dây đôi) có sẵn. Kết hợp với phích cắm theo DIN EN 175301 - 803 Mẫu A, van đáp ứng mức bảo vệ IP65.
